Robin Schroeder loves to be active, but when she was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2020, she felt like she could no longer enjoy her beloved pastimes such as running and yoga. Today she has successfully completed her first marathon since surgery and is back to her active lifestyle, and now uses her passion for running to spread awareness for pancreatic cancer.
This November is Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month 2024! For these 30 days, the entire pancreatic cancer community is banding together to put pancreatic cancer at the forefront of the hearts and minds of people all over the world.
All funds donated here this World Pancreatic Cancer Day will go towards Early Detection Initiatives
Pancreatic cancer has a 13% survival rate, largely because it is often detected in late stages. However, when discovered earlier, survival rates tend to be higher. There are currently no early detection methods, but our goal is to change that – to save lives. If you donate here, all funds will go towards early detection research.
